Return

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after you receive your item.

  • Returns are accepted for 30 days
  • No reinstatement fee
  • No name stamps and name tags
  • No clearance items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags and in the original packaging.

With us, making a return is easy, here is the steps for return:

  1. Login in your account (use the same email when you made the purchase) on our website;
  2. Select the order and the goods you want to return, then click "Request return";
  3. After we have approved your return request, you can pack the products in the original package and send back to us.
  4. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
  5. If the return is approved, you will automatically receive a refund using your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Returns must be sent out within 30 days of receiving the order.

  • It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you do not receive your refund after 15 working days since we have approved your return, please contact us at order@memomm.se.
